This is a quick read and should be on every maintenance managers "must read" list and then kept in his, or her personal library. There are definitely twists and turns, ups and downs and some tragedies. He's just so yummy I can't stop. This is a masterwork in a lot of ways. I won't be buying any more of these merry go round rides.
